When using semaglutide, eat small, frequent meals to reduce nausea and aid digestion. Prioritize high-protein foods (lean meats, eggs, legumes) to stay full and protect muscle, and add moderate healthy fats (avocados, nuts, olive oil). Include fiber-rich vegetables and whole grains, increasing fiber gradually to prevent bloating. Limit sugar, refined carbs, and greasy foods, and stay hydrated with water or herbal tea. Avoid alcohol and carbonated drinks, which can worsen nausea.
